As you come out of the elevator, you will see in front of you a map made of Himeji leather showing the places of origin of ingredients in Hyogo Prefecture.
The specially designed, modern, rich lighting, the carpet with an original pattern inspired by bull horns, and the solid wood walls give an aura of sophistication.

Illuminated by indirect lighting and equipped with good touching carpet and comfortable sofas, the room is designed elaborately to allow customers to savor the moment while enjoying the beautiful night view.

Only Kobe beef is branded with iron chrysanthemums inspired by Chrysanthemum japonense.
The room is also decorated with ornaments of chrysanthemums, representing Hyogo and Kobe as well as pictures of wine recommended and wineries operated by JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives Hyogo.
The teppan-yaki grill counter is designed to enhance the special aura of the Kobe beef specialty restaurant.
With a coved ceiling, a Tamba ware vase, and gorgeous flowers matching the town of Ginza, the center of the hall is designed in a symbolic way to give an aura of sophistication.
The walls are lined with pictures of agricultural products, Kobe beef, and producers representing JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives Hyogo.
The hall can be separated by see-through curtains to add a sense of privacy, whereas its center is designed to add a sense of uniformity similar to a lounge.

Taking advantage of the location on the top floor of a building at the Ginza 4-chome crossing, the room provides a beautiful night view of Tokyo.
The room is filled with Japan's renowned Kobe beef and Tajima beef, Hyogo's representative foodstuff, and a wide selection of wine.
The room is covered with a carpet and decorated with a coved ceiling inspired by Western-style dome ceilings.

This private room is equipped with a teppan-yaki grill counter so that you can enjoy the live cooking performance of our chef as well as the beautiful outside view.
The room is decorated on the theme of Kobe, for example, with scenic pictures of Kobe and a decorative copper-like range hood cover with a pattern of hydrangeas, a city flower of Kobe, and designed to enhance the ambience of the teppan-yaki grill restaurant.

The elegant luminous walls were constructed by plasterers from Awaji Island with mud from Tajima, Tamba, Harima, Settsu, and Awaji in Hyogo Prefecture, symbolizing the soils of Hyogo from which our food comes.
In addition to the mud and food from Hyogo Prefecture, the room is furnished with a table made of solid natural camphor tree from the prefecture.
Interior designed by Ryu KosakaRyu Kosaka / Executive Creative Director
Kosaka was born in Tokyo in 1960. He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Musashino Art University. He serves as Creative Director of A.N.D., NOMURA Co., Ltd.
He was engaged in the designing of the main dining room at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, the environmental designing of Shin-Marunouchi Building, and the designing of JAL Sakura Lounge at Tokyo Haneda International Airport. He is the first Japanese who won the Best Bar, the first prize in the bar category of the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards 2014, British internationally honorable award. He also engaged in the designing of W Guangzhou FEI (in Guangzhou, China), winning nine titles from eight awards.
He designed many renowned restaurants, hotels, and residences inside and outside of Japan. He is now widening his sphere of activities to include the designing of buildings and overseas stores of apparel brands.
