Kobe Plaisir, a restaurant operated directly by JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives Hyogo, opened at Ginza 4-chome in 2016. As the first restaurant established in Sannomiya at the center of Kobe City, Kobe Plaisir has been evolving every day as a restaurant, featuring Kobe and Tajima beef and locally grown vegetables. Its second store, Kobe Plaisir Ginza, opened in Ginza, Tokyo, to offer Kobe beef and seasonal food. JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives Hyogo provides agricultural and livestock products to ensure food safety and security. Its restaurants were established to help everyone spend great moments with their loved ones, not only at home but also in a luxurious space. We named the restaurants "Plaisir," which means "full enjoyment" or "joy" in French. The name reflects our wish, as a restaurant operated directly by JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives Hyogo, to treat everyone with premium Kobe beef and fresh vegetables grown in Hyogo, along with a carefully selected wine and sake list. We offer a variety of set menus, including a set of teppan-yaki steak and seiro-mushi and shabu-shabu, so that you can enjoy the flavor of Kobe beef to its fullest.
